Your Assignment

The assignment involves location-bound adult education in healthcare subjects.

As a healthcare teacher, you will guide and teach, as well as assess the student's knowledge according to the curriculum of the healthcare and nursing program. You are responsible for grading. The position also includes planning and follow-up of APL.

You will work in a team with several colleagues. You will have trained educators to support learning and assist with practical moments and follow-up.

Teaching takes place on-site in Skövde.

Your Competence and Background

You must be a qualified, licensed healthcare and nursing teacher.
You should have at least one (1) year of experience teaching in healthcare and nursing.

We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies, although it is not a requirement.

professional experience in healthcare and nursing work
licensure in additional subjects, especially Swedish.
good language skills in e.g. Arabic

Documentation

The position also involves some documentation towards the client, student, and principal. Additionally, collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry organizations. Good digital competence is required, as we use several digital tools.

You love to help people, and you are passionate about imparting knowledge. You have a good ability to motivate students to achieve their goals.

As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and understanding. Your flexible approach allows you to solve problems. You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work in a team/network. At EnRival Education, you need to be a team player with positive drive and wisdom.

Employment Type

Full-time. Permanent or as agreed. Start date April-May.
